Odds & Ends:
Children age 12 and above are permitted.
No pets due to heavily wooded area that invites ticks, chiggers, and fleas.
No fish cleaning on property since it invites predators and insects. Fish cleaning should be done at the lake.
No smoking inside buildings. Ash cans are provided on every deck.
Please be careful with fire in flammable woods.

General Information
We aim to ensure your stay at our bed and breakfast in Oklahoma goes “Beyond” your expectations. The more you convey, the more we obey. Be sure to take advantage of our ongoing special:

Our accommodations include six guestrooms in three luxurious cabins near the Main House, as well as Dave's Place, a one story three-bedroom, 2-bath, 1,200 square-foot cabin rental on a private acre.
Reservations:
We have a 2-night minimum and 2 weeks’ notice on room reservations and special catering needs.
Additional charge of $25.00 for a one-night stay.
We now accept Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard and Discover, as well as cash, check, or money order/traveler’s check.
Deposit amount of one day's charge for each room reserved is requested. In case of cancellation, 80% of the deposit is returned if notified of cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
Pricing & Checking In:
Rooms range in price from $139 to $169. Rate includes a Continental Breakfast that can be enjoyed in your room or the Main Dining Area.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
An additional charge of $25 per person for extra people (more than 2) in the room will be applied.
